SHIPPING POLICY

We ship products directly from manufacturers or from our fulfillment centers closest to you in order to deliver your orders to you in the fastest possible time frame. This helps us save costs and allows us to offer you unbeatable and unmatched prices.

Currently, we ship to the US only. We're working to include more countries and will be updating our shipping status once we have this fixed. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: Order verification, customization (if any), quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and courier company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next working day. 

For custom made products, please allow 3 - 5 days for the item to be prepared & made to your requirements before sending it off by airmail to you. 

Our shipping may take a little longer than you're used to but rest assured your products arrive safely, on time and are thoroughly inspected for quality control.

Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable): 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): 
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded, unfortunately, free items cannot be refunded.



Exchanges (if applicable): 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@thepetsalley.com

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
