Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 
Your purchase will be processed in 1 - 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. After which, please allow 10-20 business days for air shipment of the item to you.

Due to high demand
, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items to our dear customers. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.


For custom made products, please allow 3 - 5 days for the item to be prepared & made to your requirements before sending it off by airmail to you.

2. Where do you ship to? 
At the moment we only ship to the US. We're working to include more countries and will announce it when we are ready.  


3. How do I know that my order is confirmed? 
After you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 


4. What if I didn't receive any confirmation email? 
If you didn't receive any confirmation email from us it can only mean that you either mistyped your email (for example Gamil instead of gmail, gmail.con instead of gmail.com) or used a secondary email and forgot about it. You can send us an email at contactus@thepetsalley.com with the correct full name you used in your order and we will gladly update your email address and re-send you your order confirmation email.



5. What do I do if I want to speak to someone about my received product? 
Please contact us at contactus@thepetsalley.com to let us know your concerns about the product. 



6. What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as well. All payments are secured.
